Erin Tamberella is president of Executive Transformations Inc and Violet Flame Productions LLC. She is a former financial advisor/branch manager and has coached financial advisors for almost 20 years. 

Erin helps financial advisors grow their business & operate more efficiently by building structured business development & practice management systems tailored specifically to the individual advisor. She also has extensive experience in helping advisors prepare for retirement through her Succession Planning Coaching.

In addition to coaching advisors, Erin is a financial ghostwriter. To date, she has written ten books for advisors that they have used successfully as primary marketing tools in their business.

Erin is also a founding partner in Violet Flame Productions – a video production company specializing in remote recording and video production for financial advisors.
